Through My Lens
A Journey in Film and Creativity
My journey into film began at 16, when I first discovered the magic of cinematography and its power to shape emotion, story, and meaning through images. From that moment on, I knew this was where my focus belonged.
After high school, I completed a year-long internship at Schawa TV in Stuttgart, Germany, where I stepped into the professional world of television and commercial production for the first time. Working hands-on with industry equipment and within fast-paced teams taught me how strong visuals are built, not alone, but through collaboration.
I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Film & Television from the University of Bristol in the UK. There, I worked on numerous short films, always gravitating toward the camera and visual storytelling. Surrounded by inspiring creatives, I embraced an experimental, out-of-the-box approach that continues to influence my work today.
In a completely different chapter, I completed my Swiss military service, a nonlinear detour that shaped me just as deeply. It strengthened my sense of responsibility, teamwork, and efficiency, and taught me the value of delivering results under pressure.
Over the years, I’ve worked extensively on commercial and advertising projects, and while I love narrative film, nothing compares to seeing the immediate, real-world impact that thoughtful imagery can have for a client. Videography lives at that intersection, where creativity meets purpose. Shooting advertisements, corporate films, and branded content allows me to translate ideas and messages into clear, engaging visuals that truly resonate.
I speak German, English, and French, hold both German and Swiss nationality, and am flexible to work worldwide, most commonly around the Lake Geneva region and Stuttgart. If you have a story, brand, or message you want to bring to life, I’d love to help shape it through compelling imagery.
